Training of Trainers Nr. 5
About ToT – No. 5
The fifth ToT (training of trainers) of the cycle of six courses took place in Bucharest on 16-20 October, where about 35 trainees participated. The module “Review of innovative teaching methodologies in executive education” was delivered by Prof. Thomas M. Klueter and Prof. Emeritus. Jaume Ribera from IESE Business School.
This interactive course started from assessing the content of the current curricula used by participants and exploring the integration of alternative teaching methodologies. The objectives of the course were to guide participants when and how to apply these methodologies, to
cultivate enthusiasm for implementation, share key principles, insights and experiences, and introduce specific feedback techniques.
The Training of the Trainers project is part of Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (#PNRR), Reform 3. Increased capacity for health management and human resources in health.
This programme designed by the Ministry of Health – Romania, together with the World Health Organization Office for Romania / World Health Organization Country Office in Romania aims to train representatives of medical education institutions and health trainers in Romania, so that knowledge can be transferred to over 3,000 health managers.
The next and last course in this series takes place on 18-21 December on Leadership and Change Management and is delivered by Prof. Federico Lega from the University of Milan.
