National Institute for Health Services Management (INMSS)

organises from 4 March 2024, the training programme for obtaining the certificate in “Health Services Management” – series AT MS 75

The programme aims at acquiring knowledge and skills in public health and health management in order to improve the efficiency of managerial activity in health units, based on the national certificate programme in “Health Services Management”.

The programme has a modular structure, consisting of 12 modules, each lasting 3 days of theoretical training and 2 days of individual study and assisted practical training, as follows:

1. Organisation of health services
2. Comparative analysis of health systems
3. General management
4. Health economics
5. Human resources management
6. Financial management
7. Quality management
8. Public health
9. Health promotion
10. Project management
11. Ethics and EU Integration
12. Health technology assessment

 

The programme is only addressed to doctors/dentists and pharmacists confirmed in specialist or primary degree, according to the MS Order no. 418/2005 for the approval of the National Catalogue of Complementary Study Programmes for obtaining certification by doctors, dentists and pharmacists, with subsequent amendments and additions.

Please note that, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, graduation from this programme is required for the position of head of department/ laboratory/ chief pharmacist/ medical director/ hospital manager.

The opening of the program will take place on Monday, March 4, 2024, at 10.00 a.m., at the National Institute for Health Services Management (INMSS), Str. Vaselor nr. 31, Sector 2, Bucharest.

In accordance with the provisions of the Order of the Minister of Health no.3143/2022, the programme will be held in a hybrid format (physical presence at the INMSS headquarters and synchronous online – zoom platform), on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, every two weeks, from 10:00 to 16:00.

The programme series consists of a maximum of 35 participants in chronological order of registration (date of registration form).

Registration to the programme is done by filling in and signing the Registration Form, which is sent by e-mail to the teaching secretariat: vmarin@inmss.ro.

The application file will contain the following documents:

a. Original (signed) application form;

b. Copy of ID card;

c. A copy of the document proving graduation from higher/specialised studies;

d. Copy of the document certifying your professional degree;

e. Copy of the document relating to authorisation to practise;

f. CV;

g. Copy of name change document, if applicable;

h. Copy of the document proving payment of the participation fee;

i. The original of the document certifying the state of health (medical certificate, medical certificate, etc.);

j. Original employer’s agreement to participate in the attestation program or Affidavit, as appropriate.

The payment of the participation fee for the training program in order to obtain the certificate in “Management of Health Services”, in the amount of 4,495 lei, can be made in full or in two installments, at the INMSS cashier’s office or by PO according to the identification data below:

All documents submitted in copy must be completed with the phrase “certified true” and signed on each page by the participant.

The application form for participation in the certificate programme must be submitted to the teaching secretary’s office on or before the start date of the programme (first day of the course) or can be sent by:

• courier or by post, or at the institution’s headquarters: Str. Vaselor nr. 31, 021253, Sector 2 Bucharest, for the attention of the Teaching Secretary, Mrs. Violeta MARIN

or

• by e-mail – electronically signed documents with qualified electronic signature to the e-mail address: vmarin@inmss.ro.

 

In case of withdrawal from the programme, the course fee can only be refunded until the course start date.

 

Submission of the application for participation in the training programme must be made up to and including the starting date of the programme (first day of the course). Applications that are incomplete or do not comply with the above conditions will be rejected.

Upon completion of the program, students will receive a certificate of completion, issued by the INMSS, necessary for registration for the national exam for the certificate in “Health Services Management”, organized by the Ministry of Health.
