National Institute for Health Services Management (INMSS) organizes from 12.02-23.04.2024, the initial training programme for theicial Training in the field of “Hospital Management” – series MS 70 – hybrid (physical and online)

The aim of the training programme is to prepare hospital managers to ensure better hospital management and increase managerial performance in hospitals.

The programme is aimed at graduates of a higher education institution who want a career in hospital management. The programme series consists of a maximum of 35 participants in chronological order of registration (date of registration form).

The programme is organised in two sections: theoretical training and practical applications.

According to Order 3143/2022, the programme will take place in hybrid format (physical presence at INMSS headquarters and synchronous online – zoom platform), weekly, thison Mondays and Tuesdays from 10.00-16.00 and is structured in 11 modules, including 7 in physical format and 4 in synchronous online format, as follows:

1. General management
2. Hospital organisation and evaluation
3. Case-Driven Financing (DRG)
4. Health economics
5. Financial management accounting/Comparative analysis of health systems
6. Human resources management
7. Quality management and performance evaluation
8. Standardisation, accreditation and internal control within the hospital
9. Communication management in a hospital
10. Project management
11. Public finance for health managers

 

At the end of the programme there will be a graduation exam consisting of a written test with 50 questions and a practical test – the development and support of a Management Project.

 

Registration to the programme is done by filling in and signing the Application Form, which is sent by e-mail to the teaching secretariat: aadam@inmss.ro

The application file will contain the following documents:

1. Application form (can be downloaded here)
2. Copy of identity card
3. Copy of the document proving graduation from higher education
4. Copy of name change document, if applicable
5. Copy of the document proving payment of the participation fee
6. Document attesting to your state of health (medical certificate, medical certificate, etc.)
7. Proof of the employer’s agreement to participate in the training programme or Affidavit, as appropriate

 

All documents submitted in copy must be completed with the phrase ‘certified true’ and signed on each page.

• by electronic mail – electronically signed documents, with certified electronic signature, to the e-mail address: aadam@inmss.ro

 

In case of withdrawal from the programme, the course fee can only be refunded until the course start date.

 

Submission of the application for participation in the training programme must be made up to and including the starting date of the programme (first day of the course).

Applications that are incomplete or do not comply with the above conditions will be rejected.

 

The payment of the participation fee of 3.767 lei can be made in full or in two instalments, at the INMSS cash desk or by PO according to the identification data below:
