PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT: To base on scientific evidence the decisions in the policy to prevent and combat the use of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, the policy to reduce the health consequences in the young population, to organise effective interventions, to develop appropriate services to promote healthy behaviours.
